Abstract： In the era of big data, colleges and universities have more and more education data, but at present the use of analysis techniques in the field of education is only about evaluating education result static data, and there are few techniques about analyzing and predicting personalized teaching behavior. In this paper, a procedural and individualized teaching method is designed based on education big data and analysis technology. The reform goal is to establish student-centered autonomous learning content repository, personalized learning instruction, and procedural learning performance evaluation. The reform content include three aspects: procedural and personalized teaching oriented resources construction, procedural and personalized student instruction based on behavioral characteristics analysis, and learning performance evaluation based on procedural data analysis. The specific implementation measures include six aspects: basic data support measure, course resources construction measure, procedural teaching measure, individualized instruction measure, learning performance evaluation measure, and information technology support measure. The results are conducive to the comprehensive understanding of students' learning process, so as to realize student-centered personalized education practice, and it can promote the development of smart education in the era of big data.?????
